Model caravans can be viewed at The South West Caravan Centre - The Airfield, Winkleigh, Devon, EX19 8DW. Surf Bay Leisure are able to assist you with your purchase to ensure you receive the caravan with the specifications you desire.

Licence

12 Month Licence - Based on a maximum stay of either 72 days in one stay on the park and then 28 days away or 4 days here and then 3 days away.
Tenancy Agreement
 The static must be purchased new from Quantock Orchard, with a 12 year tenancy.  
Site Fees

£2,500 - Must be paid by the 1st January before the season starts 
Water

£ INCLUSIVE
Gas

Gas Bottles - to be paid for as required
Electric

Electric on meter - payable quartly
Insurance

To be arranged by yourself

Typical example based on running costs for Gas, Electric and Insurance are: £140.00 (Gas), £60 (Electric) and £270 (Insurance). Insurance price is based on £20,000 cover (not including contents cover).
